I met Marija when she was a student at the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb. In addition to being an excellent student, Marija showed a high degree of sensitivity towards vulnerable groups and participated in a series of activities aimed at promoting mental health, which brought her notable international achievements.

After her graduation, I continued cooperating with Marija on scientific research projects, which enabled me to get an even better and direct insight into her personal and professional qualities. As a collaborator, Marija is conscientious, responsible and highly motivated to acquire new knowledge and skills. She adds value to the team with her unique blend of mathematical‑analytical and creative‑artistic skills which significantly contribute to the quality of work and a stimulating work environment. However, above all, Marija’s greatest quality is her genuine interest in the well‑being of others, a key prerequisite for a successful psychologist. It has been a great honour and pleasure to follow Marija on her professional path and I look forward to our future collaboration.
